How will my gift be packaged?
Your basket will be hand packed and wrapped in cellophane with a handmade bow. If the basket is to be shipped, it will be placed into one of our specially sized boxes and packed securely for it's trip.
What if I don't see what I want?
Call or email us. We specialize in custom baskets and would be happy to build exactly what you are looking for. Many customers simply tell us the occasion and their budget and leave the rest in our hands. Remember, we're here to make gift giving effortless!
Can I order more than one basket?
Yes, but you'll need to place each order separately if they are going to different destinations. If you have multiple orders, you may want to call one of our customer service specialists. We can make sure that your large order gets our careful attention to detail.
Can you make a gift card to go with the basket?
Of course! Personalized, handwritten gift cards are available at no cost.
How long does it take to fill an order?
We appreciate 24 hours notice for local orders. During holidays and other busy giving seasons, we appreciate having additional lead time to make sure your basket is in our build schedule. If your basket is to be shipped, you should factor in reasonable shipping time for your desired delivery date. If you have a gift giving emergency, call us for faster service.
Can I build a custom basket?
Absolutely! Let us know if you want something added [extra chocolate!] or left out [no hazelnuts!]. We'll build your basket as you like it with price adjustments as needed. For specialized orders, please call us so that we can work with you to get exactly what you need.
